• Salary: 1690.00 gross/month
• Welcome Bonus: 1500 gross (paid in 2 installments for all hires)

What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for logistics and delivery support via phone and email.
• Provide fast effective solutions for supply chain inquiries and shipment tracking.
• Deliver top-tier customer service in both Dutch and English.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Work Authorization: EU Citizenship or valid EU work permit.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
