Your key responsibilities:
Business Development and Strategy
- Identify short- and long-term opportunities to achieve business objectives within assigned accounts and support Pharma team KPIs.
- Define clear goals propose deliverables and assess performance for each customer account product and therapeutic area.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans and territory activities in alignment with promotional budgets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners key customers and decision-makers.
- Provide essential support materials and product information to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for Pharma stakeholders in specialty therapies and manage the tender procurement process.
Data Analysis and Feedback
- Monitor and analyze competitive intelligence and operational metrics and adjust activities based on insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Pharma cross-functional team.
- Share business-relevant feedback and insights gathered from healthcare professionals.
Compliance and Personal Development
- Uphold ethical principles local laws company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously develop your competencies and apply effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate accountability professionalism and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in healthcare sciences from an accredited university.
- Fluency in both spoken and writtenBulgarian and English.
Preferred:
- 23 years of commercial experience in the Pharma industry.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
- A results-driven mindset with accountability for optimizing business outcomes.
- A customer- and patient-focused approach.
- The ability to make fast disciplined decisions and consistently meet deadlines.
