At Accedia our strongest client relationships arent transactional - theyre partnerships that deepen year over year. As a Key Account Executive youll own a portfolio of our existing accounts and take responsibility for keeping those relationships healthy trusted and growing. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Engineering Management Account Management and Business Development teams to understand what each client is trying to achieve and make sure Accedia is helping them get there.

What to expect:

  • Own and nurture relationships with a portfolio of Accedias existing accounts across all levels of stakeholders

  • Build a deep understanding of each clients business industry and priorities - and use it to spot opportunities to add value

  • Work closely with our Engineering Management team to make sure delivery stays aligned with client goals

  • Identify and grow expansion opportunities within existing accounts through genuine understanding of client needs not pressure

  • Act as the clients advocate inside Accedia and Accedias advocate inside the client - keeping both sides aligned for the long term

  • Prepare and present proposals account materials and client meetings

  • Keep account of activity opportunities and next steps accurately tracked in the CRM so the full picture stays clear across teams

Job requirements

The perfect candidate meets the following:

  • Degree in Business Management Business Consulting IT Management Finance Economics or related

  • 8 years of professional experience in account management client relationship management consulting or a related commercial role

  • Domain expertise in Fintech or Manufacturing is a strong advantage

  • Understanding of the IT consulting and services business

  • A consulting or management consulting background with the structured thinking and client instincts that come with it

  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts

  • Confident stakeholder communication - comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and translating between business and technical conversations

  • Commercial awareness: you understand how engagements create value for both the client and the business

  • A collaborative style - you work naturally with delivery and business
