Junior Mainstream Cloud Engineer

As part of our Cloud Engineering team you will support enterprise infrastructure monitor mission-critical systems resolve operational incidents and develop your technical skills while helping our customers maintain secure scalable and reliable platforms.

• Monitor infrastructure system health performance security and availability

• Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents

• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required

• Perform routine operational tasks health checks and maintenance activities

• Assist with deployments patching and basic system administration

• Follow operational procedures incident management and security best practices

• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks

• Continuously learn and contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives

• 02 years of experience in IT Operations System Administration Infrastructure or a relevant technical education

• Basic understanding of Linux networking and virtualization concepts

• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
