As anassociate in financialandsustainabilityassurance you will help some of thelargest companiesacross Europein meetingfinancial andsustainability reporting standardsacross various sectors such as technology renewable energy healthcarefinanceand others.You will work closely with senior team members to deliver quality service to clients. This role is ideal for those early in their career who are eager to build their capabilities in both financial andsustainability assurance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial and sustainability audits for the leading companies ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards.
Developexpertisein sustainability frameworks including mapping dependenciesidentifyingbottlenecks and escalating issues to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integratesustainabilityassurance into financial audits providing strategic recommendations.
Assist non-audit clients in designing and implementing templates policies and controls for sustainability reporting.
Analyse sustainability metrics such as carbon emissions climate risks and safety incidents and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in sustainability practices to drive innovation and apply cutting edge technology in client solutions.

What are we looking for
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics and Business or related field.
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian (second foreign language is an advantage)
Experience in financial auditing and/or progress in ACCA - would be considered advantageous
Strong project management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing regulatory landscape and willingness to embrace ongoing learning.
Interest and affinity for sustainability and ESG-related topics.
