What Youll Do

• Provide technical customer support in Italian and English.
• Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately document cases and follow up until resolution.
• Turn challenging customer interactions into positive experiences and build customer loyalty.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian (C1C2) and English (B2).
• Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic patient and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1024 gross per month 14 salaries
• Performance Bonus: Up to 225 per month (11 months)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
• Sunday and one additional rotational day off
