Key Responsibilities: Engage inbound leads generate outbound opportunities (cold calling prospecting) Act as a consultative payments expert Own the full sales cycle close deals and hit targets Manage pipeline and activity via HubSpot CRM Build and maintain long-term client relationships In one line: (Approx 1405 net) base Before bonus Health Insurance MultiSport Card Revenue-driven sales role combining inbound outbound with full ownership of pipeline and closing. - Native or fluent Italian speaker with C1-level English both oral and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales outbound sales or business development including cold calling and deal closing
- Strong phone-based sales skills with confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
