About this team

The EMA Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) delivers key global and regional products and services to Member Firms on a self-funded basis at the request of Member Firms. Member Firms choose their products services and projects and pay for these on the basis of a Service Level Offering or Statement of Work signed by leadership in the Member Firm on the basis of cost efficiency and effectiveness.

The EMA RDC is the focal point for the effective delivery development and implementation of technology solutions across businesses processes functions and addition to the deployment of KPMG Global and regional applications and internally developed solutions the RDC provide strategic advisory and consultancy services roadmap development of existing products and continually assess the market for new potential technology opportunities to support deploy and host KPMG applications to maximize business effectiveness.

They operate in close partnership with ITS Global the ASPAC and the AMRs RDCs and the local member firms Business Process Teams and C-suite leadership to fully understand the business demands and ways of working.

The EMA RDC operates with a profit and cost centred mindset and like any KPMG Member Firm use the same Global standards from a security risk and privacy perspective (integrated with Global Digital Solutions).

Role summary

The Technical Product Manager Integrations is responsible for defining delivering and evolving integration capabilities across enterprise platforms. The role bridges business demand and technical delivery ensuring scalable secure and high-quality integration products that support global operations.

Key accountabilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and maintain the product vision roadmap and backlog for integration services (e.g. APIs middleware event-driven architecture)
• Recognize new oportunities on a regional level for integations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration solutions
• Prioritize features based on business value risk and technical feasibility

Integration Architecture & Delivery

• Drive design and delivery of integrations across enterprise systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors CRM Profinda cloud platforms)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security policies
• Oversee lifecycle management (design development versioning deprecation)

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related demands across global teams for the EMA Region
• Engage with business stakeholders architects delivery teams and vendors
• Manage expectations dependencies and communication across complex programs
• Works closely together with the Stakehlolders for Intergrations in the Global Digital Solutions Team.

Execution & Governance

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver integrations in agile delivery cycles
• Ensure proper documentation testing and quality assurance
• Drive governance on integration standards reuse and best practices

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor performance reliability and cost of integration services
• Lead incident resolution and problem management for integration-related issues
• Identify opportunities for automation standardization and optimization

Key requirements

The candidate must showcase leadership skills strategic thinking and expertise in managing complex multinational operations. Below are the essential skills and experiences required for the position:

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs messaging event-driven architectures)
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g. SAP CPI MuleSoft Azure Integration Services Boomi)
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure AWS SAP BTP)

Product Management

• Proven experience managing technical products or platforms
• Strong backlog management roadmap planning and prioritization skills
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

• Ability to manage global stakeholders across business and IT
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experience working in complex multi-vendor environments

Education & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Typically 510 years of relevant experience in integration product management or solution architecture
