Global IT Support Specialist

Your influential mission. You will...

• Be part of global IT team and participate in company wide projects.
• Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system
• Participate in the teams on-call rotation responding promptly to incidents and providing remote or on-site support when required.
• Track and keep IT assets inventory up-to-date.
• Be responsible for installation administration maintenance and troubleshooting different devices.
• Troubleshoot network issues.
• Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions 

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

• Have 2 years of experience in an IT support role ideally gained within a large international corporate environment.
• Have a good understanding of Windows based client environments and Active Directory. Azure and on-prem.
• Possess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance.
• Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP Network elements and services Wireless and VPN environments.
• Are ready to contribute to documentation KB manuals and monitoring.
• Have excellent troubleshooting skills out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• A calm friendly and service-oriented approach when supporting non-technical users.
