German-Speaking Solutions Consultant
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
We are currently hiring German-Speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support while working in a multicultural environment with comprehensive relocation support.
What You Will Do
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with account payment and digital service inquiries.
- Resolve non-technical troubleshooting issues across digital products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases when required while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- German communication skills (C1 or higher) required.
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher) required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Available to work rotational shifts MondaySunday between 09:00 and 22:00.

- 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments)
