Our client is an American leading business process outsourcing company looking for support for the German Team of a worldwide leading telecommunications company work next to the beach in Varna! Your Tasks Answer customers calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties Solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible Once the customer is satisfied with your solution your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products Earn incredible sales comissions based on your performance
