CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a new telecommunications project in Plovdiv Bulgaria. This role combines customer support and sales with approximately 90% phone-based support and 10% email communication. Youll assist German-speaking customers with their telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions.

Day to day that means support german-speaking customers primarily via phone with some email communication handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets and complete an initial 9-week training programme Monday to Friday from 09:0017:30.

• Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv Bulgaria
• Previous customer service sales or contact centre experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented
• Commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
