German-Speaking Customer Service & – Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Day to day you will be support german-speaking customers primarily via phone with some email communication handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets and complete an initial 9-week training programme Monday to Friday from 09:0017:30.

You will also handle after training work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; Sundays are generally off with occasional Saturday shifts and opportunity to move to a hybrid working model from the 6th month subject to performance.

Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax and living costs in Sofia and Varna run well below Western European levels the take-home goes considerably further than the headline number suggests.

• Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv Bulgaria
• Previous customer service sales or contact centre experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented
• Commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
