German Speaking Customer Service Consultant – Rent-a-Car Industry

As a Customer Service Consultant you will be the voice of our brand ensuring international clients receive a premium experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers via phone and email with vehicle bookings rental modifications and general inquiries.
• Providing clear professional information regarding rental policies insurance options and billing.
• Resolving customer concerns and post-rental queries with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth logistics and high customer satisfaction.

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in German alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
• Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Strong communication skills a problem-solving mindset and a positive customer-oriented attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate multiple computer systems and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in customer service tourism or the automotive/rental industry is a plus but not mandatoryfull training is provided!
