German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Varna, Bulgaria

Work from home in Bulgaria using your German every day. 1280 gross/month.

Day to day you will be customer Service advisor role with a confidential international telecommunications company supporting german-speaking customers with technical and billing issues complaints and product enquiries via voice and email with sales and cross-sell opportunities. Model: Remote (side note: we have a work from everywhere policy meaning that they can go home for some months and work from a different country and then they need to comeback sooner than 180 days.) location: Varna Bulgaria languages: German C1 English B1 salary: 1280 gross/month performance bonus up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months based on KPI & sales bonus: No monthly limit average of 200/month Signing and bonus: 2000 gross (paid in 6 installments (300x5 500 first installment at end of training).

You will also handle relocation: 260/month 3 months travel support Start: 14 September Operating.

Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax and living costs in Sofia and Varna run well below Western European levels the take-home goes considerably further than the headline number suggests.

The package covers performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months sales Bonus: Average 200/month no monthly limit signing Bonus: 2000 gross (paid in 6 installments (300x5 500 first installment at end of training) meal Allowancebased on the number of days worked in the month health Insurance through Generali and multisport and/or Coolfit cards.

• Willing to complete 4 weeks remote training 1 week office nesting
• Comfortable handling technical and billing enquiries
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• EU citizenship / right to work in Bulgaria

To help you make the move: 260/month accommodation allowance 3 months travel support and note: Candidates must book their own flights and secure their own accommodation independently as we do not have a team in Bulgaria that can provide assistance with these matters.
