CloserHire is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options. Your Role Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel Find solutions for flight hotels train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance Be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers representing the organization formidably Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms Your Qualifications Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
