German-speaking Business Travel Advisor

CloserHire is collaborating with one of the worldwide leading BPO companies for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel
• Find solutions for flight hotels train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips
• Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance Be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers representing the organization formidably Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms

Qualifications:

• Based in Sofia or willingness to relocate Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Full
• Fluency in German both written and verbal (C1)
• Working level of English (B2)
• Work experience in the travel airline hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) Be organized have decision-making and analytical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• High school education
