This is an excellent opportunity for German-speaking professionals who are already based in Portugal or are willing to relocate to Porto independently for a long-term career opportunity.
Please note: This position does not include a relocation package. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be willing and able to relocate to Porto independently.
What Youll Do
- Provide customer support in German and English
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high quality and KPI standards
- Follow data protection and compliance procedures
- Work closely with an international team
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for rotating shifts
What We Offer
- Permanent employment contract
- 1100 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)

Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- Two rotating days off
- Shifts between 06:00 and 21:00
