Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via inbound calls.
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Assist customers with administrative and technical topics including products services and billing.
- Update customer information in internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- German: C1/C2 proficiency (speaking reading and writing)
- English: B2 or higher.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must have valid work authorization in Bulgaria.
