Role Overview:

As an Inbound Customer Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products services or account-related matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone email and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with account questions service requests product information and general support.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarianresidency card
