About the Position We are looking for German and English-speaking Player Support Specialists for an on-site role in this position you will provide dedicated assistance to players ensuring a positive and engaging experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements Fluent German Fluent English Eligibility to work in the EU
Contract hours can be negotiated for local candidates.
A welcome bonus is available for both local and relocation candidates paid in two installments: 750 gross after three months and 750 gross after six months subject to continued employment.
Relocation support includes a 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two installments) 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival and assistance in securing long-term housing.
