German & English Customer Service Representative

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

We are looking for a German & English Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting a leading car rental service in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will assist customers with reservations rental inquiries booking modifications and general support ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat for car rental services.
• Assist customers with new reservations booking modifications cancellations and general rental inquiries.
• Provide information on vehicle availability rental policies pricing insurance options and additional services.
• Help resolve customer concerns related to bookings pick-up and drop-off billing and rental agreements.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements

• German proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to work across multiple systems.
• Previous experience in customer service travel hospitality or car rental services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:00.
