In this role you will assist customers of a prestigious Swiss telecommunications provider handling inbound inquiries delivering outstanding service and identifying project growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support and address client inquiries via inbound calls.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical topics such as products accounts and billing details.
Maintain accuracy by performing routine data updates in internal systems.
Escalate complex issues or specific customer calls to specialized departments when necessary.
Identify sales or upselling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and project value.
Requirements & Profile Needed
Languages: Native or proficient level of German (C1 or C2) with excellent communication skills.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
Location: Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria or utilize our premium relocation package to move from abroad.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Flexibility
Work Model: Fully office-based (On-Site) during your initial onboarding months to ensure you get the best team support.
Hybrid Work Option: After 4 months on the project top-performing team members can unlock a flexible hybrid work model based on KPI performance.
Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM (with options for 8-hour 6-hour and 4-hour shifts).
