Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor you will assist customers of a leading Swiss

telecommunications provider delivering outstanding service while identifying sales opportunities and

maximizing customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support via inbound calls

Analyse and resolve customer inquiries

Provide information on administrative and technical topics (products billing etc.)

Perform updates in internal systems

Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary

Base Salary: 1636.14 gross/month

Training and Tenure Bonuses offered

Billing Skills Bonus: 102.25 gross

Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn more than 1000/month.

Work Schedule

Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00

8-hour 6-hour and 4-hour shift options

Monday to Sunday schedule

Potential future late shift until 01:00 (not yet confirmed)

Work Location

Modern office located in Mega Park Sofia

Fully office-based during the first months

Hybrid work option available after 4 months based on KPI performance:

2 days remote

3 days office-based

Training & Onboarding

You will receive a comprehensive 5-week paid training program ensuring you feel confident and fully

prepared before interacting with customers.
