We are looking to strengthen their German-speaking Operation with Business Travel Advisors for a giant American Travel Provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia and there are day shift and night shift options.

Day to day that means deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel find solutions for flight hotels train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance be extremely polite and professional to high-level customers representing the organization formidably and functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms.

• High school education
• Team player with a great attitude
• Be organized have decision-making and analytical skills
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Previous experience working in the travel airline hospitality or business travel industry is mandatory
• Working level of English (B2)
