GCC iGaming Market Manager

On behalf of our partner an international online gambling company we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded GCC iGaming Market Manager to drive growth across key GCC markets including Kuwait UAE Qatar Saudi Arabia Oman and Bahrain.

The successful candidate will take ownership of developing the GCC market from an early stage covering customer acquisition affiliate partnerships VIP relationships retention and player development.

This is an individual contributor role initially. As the market develops and demonstrates potential the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and grow a team. The role reports directly to the VP of Acquisition and works closely with several teams across the business.

As a GCC iGaming Market Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Market Growth & Customer Acquisition

• Drive customer acquisition and commercial performance across Kuwait UAE Qatar Saudi Arabia Oman and Bahrain.

• Take ownership of developing the GCC market and identifying growth opportunities.

• Identify and develop new digital acquisition opportunities.

• Support new customers through registration conversion and first deposit.

• Monitor customer behaviour and market performance.

• Provide insights on customer preferences competitors payment methods and market trends.

Affiliate Management

• Identify and develop new affiliate partnerships.

• Manage existing affiliate relationships and performance.

• Support affiliate recruitment activation and growth.

• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition quality and player value through affiliate channels.

VIP Management & Retention

• Build and manage relationships with VIP and high value players.

• Support retention loyalty and increased player activity.

• Re engage inactive and lower activity customers.

• Identify opportunities to increase player lifetime value.

• Maintain direct communication with customers through phone WhatsApp and similar channels.

Market Ownership & Team Growth

• Take ownership of the GCC project from its initial development stage.

• Establish the market strategy and commercial approach.

• Work independently while collaborating with teams across the business.

• Build and recruit a team as the market grows and demonstrates commercial potential.

• Report directly to the VP of Acquisition.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing CRM Product Customer Support and other relevant teams.

• Share GCC market insights and customer feedback.

• Support improvements across acquisition retention and the overall customer journey.

• Previous experience in online casino and/or sports betting.

• Fluent Arabic.

• Strong knowledge of GCC markets and Arabic speaking customers.

• Experience in digital customer acquisition.

• Experience managing affiliate partners.

• Experience managing VIP and high value players within GCC markets.

• Comfortable communicating directly with customers.

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition retention and player value.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to independently take ownership of a new market and develop it from the ground up.

• CRM and retention experience.

• Experience with paid social paid search influencers or other acquisition channels.

• Existing affiliate or industry relationships within GCC markets.

• Previous experience launching or developing a new market.

• Experience building or growing a commercial team.
