French Speaking Retail Customer Service Specialist

This is an on-site position located in our modern office in Sofia Bulgaria offering a lively collaborative work environment alongside an international team of retail support professionals.

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in French with a reliable working knowledge of English (B2 or higher) for internal systems and operational alignment.
  
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication strong active listening empathy and a positive solution-oriented mindset.
  
• Retail Mindset: A customer-first attitude with an eye for detail regarding order processing product specs and customer care.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in retail customer service e-commerce support or call centers is a distinct advantage though enthusiastic candidates with strong soft skills are welcome!
  

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in French offering clear prompt and friendly assistance.
  
• Assist shoppers with order placement payment verification shipping updates product exchanges and returns processing.
  
• Provide tailored advice on retail products sizes availability and ongoing promotional offers.
  
• Address and resolve customer complaints billing queries or missing delivery issues with professionalism and care.
  
• Record customer details feedback and support tickets accurately within the internal CRM system.
