French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Sportswear Brand

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international project supporting a leading sportswear this role you will provide pre- and post-purchase customer support via email voice and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to products orders and general account questions ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Sofia with no options for home office or hybrid work.

Your Role

• Handle customer inquiries via email chat and voice channels
• Provide professional support for pre- and post-purchase questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Ensure timely and courteous responses to customer requests
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
• Follow company policies and procedures while providing customer support

Your Profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) both written and spoken
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
• Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
• Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude

What Is Offered
