CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a leading sportswear brand providing pre- and post-purchase support via email voice and chat. Full-time on-site in Sofia no home-office option.
Language required: Fluent French (C1/C2)
Highlights:
- On-site Sofia 8h/day Monday-Friday
- 1340/month gross
- Performance bonus up to 139 gross after the 3rd month
Requirements:
- Fluent French (C1/C2) written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is a plus
