About the Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor you will provide high-quality customer support assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Youll become part of an international team where collaboration continuous learning and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone email and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Base Salary: 931.43
• Holiday Allowance: 77.62

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1040.66 per month
• Base Salary: 760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: 200.00

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
