French Speaking Car Rental Consultant

We are seeking a customer-oriented French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join an exciting international project in Sofia this role you will represent a well-known international car rental brand assisting customers with their travel and mobility needs. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer care hospitality or travel and offers a clear pathway for career growth within a supportive multicultural environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is fully provided!

• Represent an international car rental brand professionally across all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email in French.
• Assist clients with managing new reservations processing booking modifications handling cancellations and resolving general travel or mobility inquiries.
• Provide tailored mobility solutions based on individual customer requirements.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with friendly empathetic and professional communication.
• Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve team service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1 or higher) with good English skills for internal company communication.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication skills active listening and natural problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Customer-oriented empathetic positive attitude flexible and a great team player.
• Experience: No previous experience required! Full professional training is provided. An interest in travel mobility or customer support is highly valued.

• Schedule: Full-time 10:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday.

• Base Salary: 1450 Gross per month.
