French-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Office-based)
Position Type: Full-time 40 hours per week

What You Will Do
In this back-office role you will work behind the scenes to maintain a secure fair and seamless experience for players worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and resolving player account issues subscription errors and transaction discrepancies.
Monitoring in-game activity and player data to investigate cheating fraud or policy violations.
Handling player verification processes (KYC) processing data updates and managing localized platform documentation.
Collaborating with technical support and development teams to report recurring bugs or system glitches.
Providing high-quality professional assistance via email chat or ticketing systems (no cold calling).
What We Are Looking For
Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in French alongside a solid working command (B2 or higher) of English.
Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Passion: A genuine interest in video games esports or online gaming communities is highly preferred!
Previous experience in a back-office data entry or customer service environment is a plus but full training is provided.
