Location

We are looking for a Digital Operations & Web Support Associate based in Sofia Bulgaria (hybrid mode of working). This is a full-time 12-month internship position.

Role Summary

As a Digital Operations & Web Support Associate you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and accurate signup experience for users while full automation capabilities are being developed.

You will work hands-on with user management processes manual validation and customer communication - requiring you to navigate across multiple systems to verify data and ensure accuracy. As bandwidth allows you will also contribute to web page updates and respond to internal requests related to Milestones website.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience across digital operations customer experience and web coordination in a real-world environment.

What You Will Do

User Creation Validation & Approval:

  • Review and validate user sign-up submissions manually
  • Navigate internal systems and databases to verify user information customer status and licensing details
  • Cross-check data across platforms (Salesforce and internal tools) to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Verify license codes email domains and customer eligibility
  • Flag reject or escalate submissions that do not meet requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of validation and approval decisions

Communication & Support:

  • Send approval and rejection communications using predefined templates
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding account status access issues and onboarding updates
  • Provide clear and timely communication to ensure a positive customer experience during sign-up
  • Collaborate with internal support and product teams to resolve escalations and technical issues
  • Open to responding to internal email requests relating to Milestones website.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess data and identify inconsistencies or edge cases
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital systems and tools to look up validate and compare data
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness

About the Team

You will report to the Head of Digital Experience and join a team of 2 UX designers 3 developers and a project manager based in our headquarters in Denmark.
