French & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

We are looking for a French & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they comply with platform policies and community standards.

• Review and moderate user-generated content advertisements and other platform materials.
• Identify content that violates community guidelines and platform policies.
• Make accurate moderation decisions by following established moderation guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy quality and productivity.
• Contribute to creating a safe and trustworthy online environment.
• Handle content that may occasionally include sensitive or graphic material including violence.

• French proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed policies.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday.
