Job Summary
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of plant buildings offices common areas warehouses external areas and technical infrastructure
- Maintain the plant premises in good working condition ensuring safety functionality and professional appearance.
- Coordinate and monitor external service providers including cleaning security waste management landscaping canteen pest control repairs and other facility services.
- Coordinate office moves workplace changes meeting room readiness and general site support services where applicable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management technical building management industrial maintenance construction coordination or similar role preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- University degree in Engineering Industrial Management Construction Technical Operations or similar field
- Good knowledge of building infrastructure utilities and technical systems.
- Experience in supplier and contract management.
- Practical hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Good command of English would be an advantage.
