Location: Sofia Bulgaria

We are currently hiring Estonian-Speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support while working in a dynamic multicultural environment with relocation support provided.

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat.
• Assist customers with account payment and digital service inquiries.
• Resolve non-technical troubleshooting issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when required while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Estonian communication skills (C1) required.
• Good English communication skills (B2) required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday 09:0017:00).

• Gross salary: 1535 per month
• 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments)
