ERP Specialist

UniPOS LTD Bulgaria was established in 1995 and its main activity is to design manufacture and sell a range of high-tech fire alarm solutions for commercial and industrial applications. The company has production facilities in Pleven which are based on the under one roof model and apply highly efficient process and quality management methods. UniPOS LTD Bulgaria is a pioneer in the field of technical development and manufacturing of safety products and our personnel are highly professional.

Since 2021 UniPOS has been an important part of the Consilium Safety Group a leading Swedish group in the field of safety technology for the marine oil and gas transport and construction sectors.

We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of:

ERP Specialist

Location: Pleven office on site position

Your role:

• Analyze support and manage ERP system.

• Supporting operations and supply chain

• Enhance and optimize ERP system based on growing and evolving needs.

• Monitors the actual performance of the enterprise system and propose solutions.

• Actively participates in the implementation of the processes in operations and supply chain.

• Supports all users and provides continuous training and skill updates.

• Preparation of reports and customization of such based on the needs of management.

• Optimize user experience and implement user-friendly functionalities and interfaces

Your profile:

• University degree with focus in Computer Science Information Technology or other relevant education

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other leading ERP products is an advantage

• Power of BI experience is an advantage.

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on process flow and efficiencies.

• Results-oriented team player with ability to plan prioritize and work within tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other MS office applications.
