Technical Support Advisor (Dutch Speaking) 100% Remote (Bulgaria)

We are looking for empathetic and tech-savvy Technical Support Advisors to join our team in this role you will behelping diabetes patients navigate their life-changing medical devices with confidence.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Advisor you will be the first line of support for users and healthcare professionals. Your daily tasks will include:
Providing high-quality voice-based technical support to customers in Dutch.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries regarding theinsulin pump system.
Guiding users step-by-step through device setup software features and connectivity issues.
Delivering empathetic clear and reassuring assistance to ensure patient safety and peace of mind.
Documenting support interactions accurately in our system.
Who We Are Looking For
Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) plus a good working level of English.
Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills with a highly empathetic patient-first mindset.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating software apps and hardware troubleshooting. (Previous experience in technical support or healthcare is a huge plus!)
Eligibility: EU Citizenship is required.
Location: Based in Bulgaria
