Dutch-Speaking Solutions Consultant – Sofia

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant to join an international customer experience team in Sofia this on-site role the successful candidate will use their Dutch and English language skills to provide expert solutions to customers and contribute to a dynamic multicultural team.

Sofia is the capital and largest city of Bulgaria. It offers a rich history and a vibrant culture and it is a fast-growing hub for international businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English providing accurate and effective solutions
• Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines

Working Schedule

• Operating hours: Monday to Sunday 09:0022:00
• Shift-based schedule within operating hours
