Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bulgaria! In this role you will provide high-quality support to our customers ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Work Model: On-site in Bulgaria (potential for hybrid work after 2 months based on performance)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00
Salary: 2045 gross per month 100 performance bonus
Relocation: Full relocation support package provided (also open to candidates relocating within Bulgaria)

Key Requirements:

Dutch: C1 level (close to native) proficiency
English: B2 level proficiency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
