The role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Dutch-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisors for an international logistics support project based in Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering outstanding this role you will help customers with package tracking delivery inquiries and logistics-related requests while working in a dynamic international environment. The position follows a hybrid working model

Day to day that means deliver exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch and English assist customers with package tracking delivery updates and logistics-related inquiries investigate and resolve delivery issues while coordinating with customers vendors and business partners ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally efficiently and with a customer-first approach stay up to date with products services and internal procedures accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What you need
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills including MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer support (experience in logistics or delivery support is an advantage)
