Dutch Logistics & Delivery Advisor – Hybrid in Sofia

Are you fluent in Dutch and English passionate about helping customers and interested in the fast-moving world of logistics

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to support customers with questions concerning their shipments. You will help resolve enquiries involving deliveries delays undelivered parcels and lost shipments while providing a clear and reassuring customer experience.

This hybrid opportunity is based in Sofia Bulgaria and includes a comprehensive relocation package.

• Escalate complex shipment cases to the appropriate operational teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Provide clear professional and customer-friendly communication.
• Meet established quality productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Contribute to an efficient and collaborative logistics support operation.

• Proficiency in Dutch both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in logistics delivery operations and shipment management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers during challenging situations.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools.
• Availability to work from the Sofia office one week per month.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• Hybrid position based in Sofia Bulgaria.
• One week per month working from the office.
• On-site initial training.
• Operational schedule from Monday to Saturday.
• Rotating shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 21:00.
