As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist youll help create a safer online experience by reviewing digital content and advertisements and ensuring they comply with platform policies and community standards.

• Review user-generated content and online advertisements according to platform policies.

• Identify content that violates community standards and take appropriate action.

• Ensure moderation decisions are accurate and consistent.

• Monitor digital content to help maintain a safe and trustworthy online environment.

• Detect harmful misleading or policy-violating material.

• Assess potentially sensitive or high-risk content.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions.

• Ensure high standards of quality consistency and policy compliance.

Please note: This position involves reviewing sensitive online content which may occasionally include graphic or disturbing material.

• Turkish: C1 level or higher

• English: B2 level or higher

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to understand and consistently apply detailed policies and guidelines

• Comfortable working with sensitive online content

• Able to remain focused objective and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Good computer literacy

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools simultaneously

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
