Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Dutch-speaking

Are you a Dutch-speaking professional who wants to be part of the team that keeps the internet trustworthy and safe We are hiring a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our Sofia team supporting a globally influential digital platform across Dutch-speaking markets.

In this role you will review content and account behaviour apply safety policies with precision and contribute directly to a digital environment where users can engage confidently and freely. Your cultural knowledge and Dutch expertise will be invaluable in making the right calls.

Your responsibilities:

• Assess user-generated content and account activity against platform policies
• Apply trust and safety guidelines consistently and with sound judgment
• Escalate complex or high-risk violations to specialist teams
• Feed insights back into the policy development and improvement process
• Meet daily quality and productivity goals within a supportive team

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking objectivity and attention to detail
• Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content (full support provided)
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
