Digital Trust and Safety Specialist Russian

Were looking for a Russian speaker to join a growing multilingual team as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist in Sofia Bulgaria.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content which may include graphic sensitive or otherwise disturbing material as part of day-to-day responsibilities. Full support and wellbeing resources are provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content against platform policy guidelines
• Make consistent accurate moderation decisions within agreed service levels
• Escalate sensitive cases according to internal procedures
• Stay up to date on evolving content policies and guidelines

What were looking for:

• Fluent Russian with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship valid work permit or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
