Were hiring Estonian & English-speaking Solutions Consultants to join a global customer care team supporting Google products such as Google Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books and Movies.

In this customer-facing role youll resolve non-technical issues and provide friendly efficient support via phone chat and email. Youll be the voice that makes users feel heard helped and supported every time.

• Deliver exceptional customer care for various Google digital services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

• Handle communication across multiple channels including phone email and chat.

• Guide users through account-related questions and minor troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and quality.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
