• Execute and support PTMSs business intelligence initiatives.
• Work with department heads to deliver analytical insights for Customer Service Responsible Gambling Risk Management Player Engagement and Product.
• Conduct data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Ensure data analysis follows regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting processes.
• Support departmental stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests. 

Qualifications :

Components for success. You...

• Have a bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Business or related field.
• Have 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in the gambling/gaming industry.
• Are proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excel in working with both real-time and batch data processing.
• Understand gambling industry metrics and KPIs.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are experienced with data quality assurance and validation processes.
