Join a global BPO as a Technical Customer Service Representative and become part of a multicultural team supporting users in Danish and English. If you enjoy solving technical issues helping customers and working in a fast-paced international environment this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
What Youll Do
- Provide technical customer support via phone email and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent Danish
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and receiving feedback
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross salary: 1500/month (14 salaries)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Attendance bonus: 120/month (11 months per year)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Weekends off
