Danish / English Customer Service Representative
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
We are looking for a Danish & English Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will support customers with non-technical inquiries across a range of digital products and services delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with account payment and digital service-related inquiries.
- Resolve non-technical issues by following established procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Danish proficiency (C1 or higher).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 10:0019:00.

- Gross salary: 2200 per month
- 1500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two instalments)
