Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers providing assistance with inquiries service requests account-related matters and general support. Through phone email and chat channels you will deliver timely solutions and ensure every customer receives a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional friendly and efficient customer support via phone email and chat
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries service requests product information and general support needs
  • Identify customer concerns and provide accurate solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Guide customers through company processes policies and available services with clear and effective communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions requests and resolutions within internal systems
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
  • Meet service quality standards productivity goals and response-time targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services procedures and policies through ongoing training
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering empathetic solution-oriented and professional support

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level)and English (C1 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
